Financing
Available
Financing is available at competitive rates
through TD Financing Services. You may choose between a fixed rate program and
a variable rate program to suit your needs. Rate holds on approved applications
are valid for 90 days and best of all, loans can be paid off or paid down early
without penalty. We have application forms available for you to complete
as well as rate sheets showing the interest rates available based on the cost
of the loan for the work you wish to have completed. For most applicants, you
simply need to own your home and have a minimum monthly income of $1500 to qualify.
